Step 1: Add Products

The first step in dropshipping our products is to add them to your website. Our listings are ready-made with descriptions and images for you to use.

If you have a Shopify store, we have a dedicated app for quickly adding our products to your catalogue, and keeping the stock levels up to date.

Most other major platforms support CSV imports and/or XML feeds , which can be accessed via the “Integration” section on our website. If your preferred platform doesn't support our feeds “out of the box”, we'll do our very best to help you with a solution for your store.

Step 2: Place An Order

Option 1

Manual Ordering

Log into your account on our website, and switch the toggle at the top of the screen to “Dropship” mode. Next, add the products that your customer has ordered to your basket. You're now ready to check out.

At the checkout, select the delivery address for your customer (or add a new one if you need to), then choose your shipping method, confirm, and place the order.

Option 2

Automated Ordering

For users of WooCommerce and Shopify, we can provide you with an app/plugin that massively speeds up the ordering process, allowing you to submit your customers' orders to us directly from your website in just a couple of clicks.

From your shop's back office/admin panel, simply select the order, choose your delivery option, and press send. That's it!

Once your order has been placed in our system, we'll send you an invoice for payment, or if you decide to take advantage of our pre-paid credit facility, we'll send your order straight to dispatch!

Step 3: Processing Your Order

Once your order is confirmed and paid for, our warehouse team will pick and pack it with care using plain, secure packaging.

When ready, we'll dispatch it via your chosen courier. You'll receive email updates at every step, so you always know what's happening. You can also view your orders and tracking details by heading over to My Account > Order History
