SHIPPING INFORMATION (DROPSHIP)

Orders confirmed and paid for by 3.15pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same working day (excluding bank holidays).

All dropship orders are subject to a small materials/processing fee as follows:

40p for standard (non-tracked) services. £1.00 for all other services.

VAT is payable on the majority of shipping methods, and VAT is charged at 20% on materials/processing fees.

All post sent by us is marked with the name and return address of our limited company, however it's a nondescript name ("Can You Get Me Ltd") so will not affect you or your customers.

With the exception of Special Delivery, couriers do not guarantee delivery of an item by any specific date, and unfortunately lost post is something that does happen from time to time. In the case of a lost item, making a claim with the courier will be your responsibility for mail that we have dispatched to your customer on your behalf. We take photographs of all mail before it is dispatched to prove the date that it was dispatched - if you want a photograph of a package to assist with a claim, please contact us.

Royal Mail do not allow claims for loss/damage of Standard 48 / Standard 24 packages. While loss/damage is very rare, please note that use of these services is at your own risk.

In case of loss or damage, Royal Mail will compensate up to a maximum of £150 for Tracked 48 / Tracked 24, and £500 for Special Delivery.

In case of loss or damage, Evri will compensate up to a maximum of £40.
