All trade account applications are subject to approval by EQ Wholesale. You may be asked for proofs of trading/business and/or proofs of identity when setting up your account.
EQ Wholesale reserves to right to suspend a trading account if we deem it to be necessary or appropriate.
ORDERS & PRODUCTS
All orders are subject to approval by EQ Wholesale, and all items are subject to availability. If we are not able to fulfill your order, we will offer an amended order for your consideration.
All of our products are sourced directly from the manufacturer or from their appointed European distributors. EQ Wholesale will never pass off counterfeit or "clone" items as the genuine article.
All images on this website are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact appearance of the actual product, as a manufacturer will occasionally alter the design, colour shades etc.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices displayed exclude VAT and carriage unless otherwise stated.
Whilst our order forms are regularly updated and are as accurate as possible, we're only human and very occasionally an incorrect price may be shown. If this is the case, we will notify you of any discrepancy before an invoice is issued.
All payments must be made by bank transfer.
Before an order can be dispatched, we must have received confirmation from the relevant payment service.
EQ Wholesale do not offer credit facilities.
Mainland UK orders paid for before 2.45pm will be dispatched the same working day for next working day delivery. "Working days" are Monday to Friday excluding public and bank holidays. Please note that while over 99% of orders are successfully delivered the next working day, the service is not guaranteed.
The cost of carriage for orders up to 15kg is £10 plus VAT, and 50p plus VAT for each additional kilogram. The weight of all orders will be rounded up to the nearest 1kg.
Saturday and Sunday delivery services are also available, please ask for details.
EQ Wholesale cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery once an order has been dispatched. You will receive an email with your tracking details and it will be your responsibility to monitor the status of your delivery.
Ultimately, the price at which you sell the products purchased from EQ Wholesale is up to you, and we will not insist on a particular retail price for any item.
Some manufacturers try to insist on an RRP to protect their brand and while we cannot force you to sell at a given RRP, we would respectfully ask that you adhere to the manufacturer's requests where applicable.
WARRANTY & DEFECTS
The warranty on all items supplied by EQ Wholesale will remain with the dealer making the purchase (i.e. you). At EQ Wholesale we only sell what we have been selling in our shops, and to date we have had a less than 0.5% failure rate, including both "dead on arrival" items and customers bringing an item back with a fault.
In our experience the vast majority of potential warranty issues can be attributed to simple user error. In the past we have found that most of the items that we have swapped under warranty have actually been in good working order - staff training is key to minimising warranty exchanges and maximising profits. EQ Wholesale will gladly help and advise you with potential faults and how to avoid or resolve them.
If you have an item that you believe to be genuinely faulty (and you have carried out all the relevant checks to ensure that the fault is not due to wear and tear/user error/abuse) then please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
EQ Wholesale will issue a credit for any items that have either had a manufacturer recall, or that we have identified as a potential problem. Once a returned item has been checked and approved by us, a credit note will be issued to be used against future purchases. No refunds will be issued.
EQ Wholesale will consider buying back unwanted stock (excluding liquids, and non-TPD compliant products) but this will only be for items that we originally supplied, and at a reduced rate from the original supply price (to be agreed on a case-by-case basis).
Some liquids are not suitable for use in plastic tanks as they may cause discolouration and even cracking of the tank in some instances. Liquids containing aniseed and cinammon are common culprits, and certain other liquids may also have this effect. It is your responsibility to correctly advise your customers on a liquid that is suitable for their tank/clearomiser and to inform them of the possible negative effects of using an unsuitable liquid.
